Dee Michaelis is the founder and Principal of HRG Solutions. She is a senior level Human Resources executive with 25 years of experience providing strategic and tactical direction to the Human Resources function; helping company's achieve start-up, high growth and realignment initiatives; and managing legal compliance and legal liability issues.
Before founding HRG Solutions, Dee served as the Senior HR Executive for the Western Region of US Trust - a financial services subsidiary of Charles Schwab, and Meridian IQ, a technology subsidiary of Yellow Corporation. She also developed the Human Resources departments for InterPacket Networks and Commuter Transportation Services.
Dee has expertise in all functional areas of HR. She has a track record of developing solid HR infrastructures which attract and retain top talent and performance systems which align employee performance with company objectives.
Dee holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Science Degree in Behavioral Management from California State University.
